Two exciting diplomas in dance from Trinity

We’ve developed qualifications in partnership with international organizations to give you the chance to demonstrate your skills and knowledge as a dancer, or a teacher of dance and related professional disciplines.

All our assessments are based on the real-life needs of students and the industry, and each one of our assessors is a respected dance professional.

  • The Level 6 Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning (Children and Young People), provides evidence to employers, parents or careers that a dance practitioner has the expertise to teach children and young people. It was developed in partnership with the Dance Training and Accreditation Partnership (DTAP).
  • The ATCL Performing (Contemporary Dance) is a new Level 4 qualification designed to enable contemporary dance students to display and evidence their skills and knowledge through a series of performance-based assessment tasks. It was developed in consultation with Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance: one of the world’s leading providers of contemporary dance education and training.
